Christmas Raffle Rules

Article 1 – Organization

The company Mat de Misaine (hereinafter “the Organizer”) is organizing a game with no purchase necessary called “Christmas Prize Draw”, taking place from December 8 to 20 inclusive.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The game is open to any natural person of legal age with a customer account or registered in the Organizer’s customer file.
Participation is automatic as soon as a purchase is made on the site during the game period.

The following are not permitted to participate:
– employees of the Organizer;
– any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organization of the game.

Article 3 – Terms of participation

Each purchase validated between December 8 and 20 counts as one entry into the draw.
Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent purchases will result in the cancellation of the corresponding entry.

No late entries or entries that do not comply with these conditions will be taken into account.

Article 4 – Prize

The game offers a gift card worth €50, valid under the conditions defined by the Organizer.
The prize cannot be contested, exchanged, refunded, transformed, or transferred.

Article 5 – Winner selection

A draw will be held on December 23 among all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted by email or phone within seven (7) days.
If the winner does not respond within this period, or if they cannot be reached, the Organizer reserves the right to conduct a new draw.

Article 6 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in case of website malfunction, service interruption, bug, technical failure, or any other event beyond its control affecting the progress of the game.

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet.

Article 7 – Personal data

The data collected within the framework of the game is necessary for processing participation and managing the draw.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each participant has a right to access, rectify, object to, erase, and portability, which they can exercise by contacting the Organizer.

The data will be retained only for the duration necessary for the management of the game.

Article 8 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, without any reservation.
The full rules can be provided to any participant upon request.

Article 9 – Disputes

These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the game must be addressed in writing to the Organizer. Failing amicable settlement, the competent courts will be those of the Organizer's registered office.
