COMPETITION RULES
“Win the MAKI-619RG_R362A striped sweater” Organized by Mat de Misaine From May 16 to May 25, 2025

Article 1 – Organization
The company Mât de Misaine, whose head office is located at 6 rue de la Bégaudière 85800 SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE, is organizing a free competition with no obligation to purchase entitled “Win ​​the Maki sailor top”, on the social networks Instagram and Facebook, from May 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to May 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation
Participation is open to any adult residing in mainland France. Individuals working for the competition organizer and their families are excluded from participation.
To participate, you must: On Instagram:
•Follow the Instagram account @matdemisaine_officiel and/or on Facebook Mat de Misaine
•Like the competition post

•Mention two friends in the comments (+1 chance if you share in a story by tagging @matdemisaine_officiel)
On Facebook:
•Like the Misaine Mat page
•Like the competition post
•Comment on the post by mentioning two friends (+1 chance if you share the post in public mode)
Only one entry per person, all networks combined.

Article 3 – Designation of the winner
The winner will be randomly drawn from among the eligible entries (Instagram + Facebook) on May 26, 2025. They will be contacted by private message. If there is no response within 5 days, a new draw will be held.

Article 4 – Allocation
The winner will receive a Maki sailor shirt (size to be chosen according to availability). Indicative value: €95.00

Article 5 – Liability
Instagram and Facebook are neither organizers nor sponsors of this contest. Mât de Misaine reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, or suspend the contest if circumstances require it.

Article 6 – Acceptance
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
