Loyalty program: How does it work?
At Mat de Misaine, we're committed to rewarding our customers' loyalty. To that end, we've implemented a simple and rewarding loyalty program that allows you to earn points with every purchase and benefit from discount vouchers.
How to earn points?
The principle is simple: for every euro spent in our stores or on our website, you earn 1 loyalty point. There's no limit to the number of points you can accumulate, and your points are automatically recorded on your customer profile.
How to use your points?
As soon as you reach 350 points , you will receive a €10 discount voucher, issued directly at the checkout when you visit. The more points you collect, the more vouchers you earn, with reward levels:
- 700 points = €20 discount
- 1,050 points = €30 discount
- And so on...
How to benefit from your loyalty voucher?
Once you have your voucher, you can use it on your next purchase, whether in-store or online. Simply present it or apply it to your cart to enjoy the discount.
Validity period of your vouchers
Your loyalty voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, and the expiry date will be clearly indicated on the voucher.
How to join the program?
To start earning points and enjoying rewards, make sure your customer profile is created in-store or on our website. Once you've created it, every purchase you make will automatically be added to your loyalty account.
