1- Chest measurement
Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around your chest at the fullest part of your bust, without holding your breath.
2 - Waist measurement
Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around your waist at the narrowest point, standing up straight and without holding your breath.
3 - Hip measurement
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part below your waist.
