RETURNS

You have 30 business days from the receipt of your package to return all or part of your order.

Products must be returned in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with their original tag and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are free from mainland France and Corsica.

1. Download your return label by logging into your account and clicking on your order. 
2. Complete the return form  included in the original package, indicating the reason for the return.

3. Prepare your package with the product(s) to be returned, attaching the completed return form.

4. Drop off the package at the post office, a Relais Point, or directly in your mailbox (if the package size allows) upon request from La Poste > https://www.laposte.fr/expedition-bal/formulaire. We advise you to keep your proof of postage until your order has been refunded.

5. The refund will be issued to the bank card used for payment within 2 business days after validation by our Customer Service.

• From international locations

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• Exchanges 

In case of an exchange, you can specify the desired size directly on the return form included in the package. We will do what is necessary to ship the new order as soon as possible after receipt.

• In-store returns for Click and Collect orders 

You can return your item to the Mat de Misaine store of your choice. The refund will be issued by our Customer Service within 48 hours and not immediately in-store.

You also have the option to make an exchange in-store.

If the exchange amount exceeds the amount of the online order, you will pay the difference in store. Otherwise, a credit note will be issued in-store. It will be valid for 1 month in all Mat de Misaine stores. Please note that no credit note can be used online.
