1- Chest measurement
Pass the tape measure horizontally around your chest at the tip of your nipples, without holding your breath.
2 - Waist size
Pass the tape measure horizontally around your waist at the narrowest point, standing straight and without holding your breath.
3 - Pelvic circumference
Pass the tape measure at the widest point below the waist.
